SANCTUARY FOR MOTHERS
Motherhood changes us.
It’s beautiful,
it’s chaotic,
it’s also deeply transformative.
But most of the time we are so busy doing it that we don’t get a moment to take stock—to notice the profound shifts that are happening not just with our children, but within ourselves.
Matrescence · Rest · Creativity · Connection

MOTHERHOOD IS A RITE OF PASSAGE
You don’t just birth a new baby—
You birth a new version of you.
This special and deeply demanding stage of life requires special support.
Spaces to be heard,
spaces to make sense of it all,
and spaces to rest.
The yoga of motherhood is designed to cultivate just that.
Here we can explore with curiosity, reverence and understanding: How can mothers blossom, feel whole and harvest all the incredible growth that comes through everything they are meeting?
Rest, creativity & spaces to be heard
Be welcome exactly as you are
You can begin gently with a workbook or restorative practice,
or come into a circle or session when you would like more support.
Support for the ones holding it all together…
ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
Thoughtful individual support around identity, exhaustion, creativity, relationships, work, and the realities of caring for others while remaining connected to yourself.
I am a Mama Rising certified coach—and every session is tailored exactly to your needs.
MOTHERS’ CIRCLES
Gentle spaces for rest, honest conversation, reflection and connection with other mothers. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right.
These circles were a game changer for me personally :)
We laugh, we cry, we rest. We share our stories and feel heard with no pressure, no advice and no judgement.
These circles can be one of the best gifts a mama can give herself.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
A path made while living it.
My own journey into motherhood hit me like a ton of bricks.
After four years of infertility, pregnancy finally came with enormous joy, followed almost immediately by severe and constant sickness, difficult births, years of broken sleep, very little support nearby, and the intensity of raising two small children while running a retreat center in a foreign country.
It was a time of extraordinary love and beauty, but also exhaustion, confusion and a gradual disappearing of the person I had been. I kept having to let go of old identities, old expectations and old ways of living, without really understanding what was happening.
Discovering the word matrescence (meaning the stage of life women enter when they become mothers characterized by multi-dimensional shifts and constant change) changed everything. Suddenly I had a framework for the profound physical, emotional, relational and spiritual transformation I had been living through. What had felt like failure began to make sense as a genuine rite of passage.
I began studying matrescence deeply, gathering with other mothers, and bringing together the practices that had supported me for years before motherhood: yoga, meditation, creativity, rest, reflection and compassionate self-enquiry. Slowly, motherhood became less about trying to get back to who I had been and more about learning how to meet who I was becoming.
Much of the confusion eased. Practical changes became clearer. Joy and creativity returned.
This work grew from that experience. I share it because I know how powerful it can be for a mother to have language for what she is living through, space to hear herself again, and a little more support while she finds her own way through.
That is what I hope to offer here.

WHAT THE MAMAS ARE SAYING
“Sacha's mama circles are a place to feel, reflect, heal.
For sharing experiences and being honest to oneself.
The circles are deeply nourishing and inspiring at the same time - all that a mama needs.
In her calm and confident way Sacha is a great space holder and I am grateful that she opens this space for mamas to be together.
Much gratitude and love ❤️”
Despite the daily challenges & constant change, I now feel lighter, more capable, and more connected - both to my children, my self and the universal experience of motherhood- Thank you Sacha I am forever grateful
I had the honour to be accompanied by Sacha in 4 support sessions during a transformative time in my life as a mother. She opened a space with a lot of care, gentleness and clarity for my process. I felt deeply understood and held in my insecurities as I began a quest for myself after becoming mother for a second time
Sacha is a great companion on the path of motherhood. Her ability to look through the veil, of deep non-judgmental listening, and bringing the focus to the point in a short space of time has been very helpful for me, and gave me many insights. I very much recommend Sacha to every woman, who feels in need of loving, mindful support.
I'm so grateful to learn all this stuff and to know that I am not alone.
The transformation your work has brought to my life feels like it has given me a pair of wings.
One wing brought clarity- illuminating how and why I’m experiencing what I experience. And this clarity has brought a deeper sense of presence, connection, simplicity & joy. Qualities that once felt distant on my journey as a mother.
The other wing has gifted me with a profound sense of grace, not only for myself but for all mothers.
COME AS YOU ARE
You do not need to have motherhood figured out. You can begin quietly with a workbook or restorative practice, or come into a circle or one-to-one session when you would like more support.
