VOICE SESSIONS & CREATIVE MENTORING

Thoughtful, individual support for the voice, the creative life, and the seasons in which we are asked to begin again. These one-to-one sessions offer a space to develop technique, explore ideas, meet uncertainty with greater steadiness, and reconnect with the part of you that wants to create.

VOICE SESSIONS

VOICE SESSIONS

The voice is both an instrument and a deeply personal means of expression. My sessions bring together practical vocal technique, musicality, attentive listening and a grounded, responsive approach. We can work with the voice you have now, while gently developing greater ease, strength, range and confidence.

Sessions may include: healthy and sustainable vocal technique · breath, resonance, range and vocal freedom · authentic expression and interpretation · song coaching and preparation · performance confidence and stage fright · support following vocal difficulty or loss of confidence · mantra, contemplative voice and restorative practice, where appropriate.

These sessions are suitable for singers at different stages, from those returning after a long absence to experienced performers wanting focused and sensitive support.

Online via Zoom · 30–60 minute sessions · Introductory rate: £40 per hour · Usual rate: £50 per hour · A limited number of appointments are available each week

CREATIVE MENTORING

CREATIVE MENTORING

Creative work does not always need more discipline or another rigid plan. Sometimes it needs space, companionship and an intelligent conversation with someone who understands the uncertainty of making something that matters. Creative mentoring offers thoughtful one-to-one support for artists, writers, musicians and people returning to their creativity during a time of change.

Sessions may support you with: finding clarity around an idea or direction · beginning, completing or reshaping a creative project · moving through doubt, perfectionism or creative blocks · rebuilding confidence after interruption or burnout · balancing creative work with motherhood, care and ordinary life · developing a rhythm of work that is sustainable and genuinely your own · preparing to share, perform, publish or release your work.

My approach draws upon a lifetime in music and creative practice, alongside training and experience in coaching, facilitation, meditation and compassionate communication. This is not a prescriptive programme. Each session responds to the person, project and moment in front of us.

NOT SURE WHICH KIND OF SESSION YOU NEED?

NOT SURE WHICH KIND OF SESSION YOU NEED?

Sometimes the voice is the doorway. Sometimes the wider creative life needs attention first. You are welcome to get in touch if you are unsure which kind of session would best support you. We can begin with a simple conversation and take it from there.
