RETREATS
Time away can offer more than rest.
My retreats create space to step outside the usual rhythm of life, listen more deeply, reconnect with creativity, and return to what matters.
Some gatherings unfold over several days; others take place within the quiet container of a single day. Each is shaped with care, spaciousness and a respect for the people who arrive.

RETREATS IN GENERAL
SPACE TO REST, CREATE & RENEW
SPACE TO REST, CREATE & RENEW
These retreats bring together rest, creativity, reflective practice, music, gentle movement, conversation and time in beautiful surroundings.
They are not about escaping ordinary life or becoming someone new. They offer a chance to slow down, restore attention and make room for what may already be quietly asking to emerge.
The exact shape of each retreat is different, but the intention remains the same: to create a thoughtful and welcoming space in which people can reconnect with themselves, their creative lives and one another.

A creative retreat in Corfu with Sacha Heath and Tex Drieschner

5–12 June 2027
Seven nights in Corfu
The Artful Life is a week devoted to creativity, attention and the pleasure of making space for what matters.
Created and hosted by Sacha Heath and Tex Drieschner, the retreat brings together creative practice, music, conversation, rest and time within the landscape of Corfu.
It is for people who feel called to reconnect with their creative lives, begin something new, return to an unfinished project, or simply spend a week living with greater curiosity and presence.

Small pauses within the year
I am also developing a series of intimate day retreats in the UK.
These one-day gatherings will offer a gentle rhythm of rest, reflection, creativity, shared practice and time to reconnect away from the demands of everyday life.
Some days may centre more strongly on rest and renewal; others may include voice, music, creative exploration or seasonal reflection.
Details and dates will be shared here as they are confirmed.

Retreats do not need to be dramatic to be meaningful.
Sometimes a day, a week, a landscape or a shared creative practice can help us hear what has been difficult to notice within the noise of ordinary life.
You are warmly invited to return here for new dates, or join my letters to hear about future gatherings.
